Gabriella is a unique, full Accoyo female who combines the lineage of Caligula, Camilio, and Felix. Her correct frame is covered from head to toe with a silky fleece that is highly uniform and consistent. It is bright, full of bold crimp with long lustrous staple, and very dense. Add to this the fact that her parents have produced champions in all colors from white to brown and you are looking at a full Accoyo female with the possibility to throw color! Gabriella’s sire is Caligula’s Accoyo Poseidon. Poseidon has made his place amongst North America’s alpaca elite as one of Caligula’s most decorated offspring. His impressive show resume includes six Color Championships winning the All-American Alpaca Futurity, MAPACA, AOBA Nationals, and the 2001 IAO Supreme Champion along with Judges and Breeders Choice Awards. When we checked Poseidon’s follicular density he had an unheard of score~ 91.3. It was the densest fleece checked to date. At 6 years of age Poseidon sheared over 13 pounds of fleece and it was a blue ribbon winner at the 2006 AOBA National Fleece Show. Gabriella’s dam, Queen Porscha is a Camilio daughter, a Felix granddaughter, and one of our favorite foundation females. She is a full Accoyo light fawn female that has maintained her fineness, luster and length through the years, and more importantly, she has always passed on these fleece characteristics to her offspring, which is evident in Gabriella.
